Da quale Paese desidera effettuare un reso o un cambio?

Importante Per impostazione predefinita, rilasciamo il cambio quando riceviamo il reso. Avete fretta o desiderate articoli a un prezzo diverso da quelli restituiti? Effettuate un reso per ottenere un rimborso ed effettuate nuovamente l'ordine.

Conditions
The following conditions must be met:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted.
Refunds
A full refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your parcel, but please allow 2-5 business days for your account to be credited.
How to return?
Customers in the US:
- Please lodge your return or exchange request via our Returns Portal.
- Ker Sun does not cover the cost of return postage. For those in the US, it is a fixed cost of USD$9
Can I make an exchange?
To make an exchange, you must place a new order. Ker Sun will cover the shipping cost of the exchange. Just email us to get the discount code or to get the refund if you have already paid for it online.
